The objective of this study was to examine the level member satisfaction and its influencing factors in Organic Hazelnut Agricultural Producer Union (OHAPU) Samsun Province. data collected through surveys from 92 members Province using Simple Random Sampling Method. affecting levels members’ were analyzed by Ordered Probit Model. research results showed that while 52% highly satisfied with union, 30% 18% at moderate low levels, respectively. empirical model also variables education member, marketing hazelnut unions, participation education, member’s commitment union trust other had statistically positive effects on towards gender frequency visits negative effects. Therefore, union’s taking a more active role members, increasing training programs, encouraging women become their unions could increase union.
